During the fourth week of October, Prof. Viktor Skorniakov, the head of Institute of Applied Mathematics, Faculty of Mathematics and Informatics, University of Vilnius, visited our department. Even though his mobility was covered by Erasmus+ bilateral agreement with FEEC BUT, Prof. Skorniakov was also able to give lectures at the seminar Statistics and risc management at University of Defence and at the Seminar of applied mathematics at the Faculty of Sciences, Masaryk University.
